LV STA CABLE STRUCTURE

1. Rated Voltage Range

Capacity: 0.6/1kV to 35kV (Suitable for Low to

Medium Voltage applications).

2. Core Conductor.

Material: High-conductivity Copper (CU) or

Lightweight Aluminum (AL).

Standards: Fully compliant with IEC 60228 class

1 or 2.

3. Primary Insulation

Material: XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) for

high heat resistance (90°C) or PVC for general

use (70°C).

4. Protective Inner Sheath

Material: PVC or PE. This layer acts as a

"bedding" to protect the cores from the armor.

5. Mechanical Armour Layer

Type: Steel Tape Armour (STA). Provides

superior protection against crushing and

impact for underground burial.

6. Final Outer Sheath

Options: Durable PVC, moisture-resistant PE, or

LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) for safety in

public buildings.

7. Compliance & Customization

Certifications: CCC, UL, CE, CNAS, IEC.

Special Features: FR/FRLS, LSOH/LSHF, Anti-termite, Water-proof.
