1. Conductor (IEC 60228)
- Material: Copper (Cu), Aluminum (Al), or Tinned Copper.
- Class: Solid (Cl. 1), Stranded (Cl. 2), or Flexible (Cl. 5).
2. Insulation & Fire Barriers (IEC 60502-1)
- Fire Resistant: Mica Glass Tape (MGT) for circuit integrity.
- Insulation: XLPE (90°C) or PVC (70°C) per IEC standards.
3. Shielding & Armour (Optional)
- Screening: Copper Tape (CTS) or Copper Wire Braid (CWB).
- Armour (Multi-core): Steel Wire (SWA) or Steel Tape (STA).
- Armour (Single-core): Aluminum Wire (AWA) or Aluminum Tape (ATA).
4. Sheath & Special Properties
- Material: PVC, PE, or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen).

I. Core Construction
- Conductor: High-conductivity Copper (Cu) or Aluminum (Al); Class 2 stranded compacted.
- Fire Barrier: Mica Glass Tape (MGT) helically wrapped to ensure circuit integrity under extreme fire conditions (IEC 60331).
- Insulation System:
- Primary: XLPE (90°C) or PVC (Optional).
- Screening: Triple-extruded Semi-conductive layers (Conductor & Insulation screens).
II. Electromagnetic Shielding
- Standard: Copper Tape Shield (CTS) with optimized overlap.
- Optional: Concentric Copper Wires + Helical Copper Tape for high fault current capacity.
III. Mechanical Armouring (Optional)
- Multi-Core: SWA (Steel Wire) or STA (Steel Tape) for superior crush and impact resistance.
- Single-Core: AWA (Aluminum Wire) to eliminate magnetic hysteresis and inductive heating.
IV. Outer Sheath & Specialized Properties
- Material: PVC (Standard) or PE (Moisture/Water-proof).
- Advanced Safety: FR (Flame Retardant), FRLS (Fire Retardant Low Smoke), and LSZH/LSOH/LSHF compounds.
- Environmental: Anti-termite, Anti-rodent, and UV-stabilized variants available.
